Clare Chalmers Hairdressing – Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance.

• Please arrive on time — early arrivals may need to wait, and late arrivals may result in services being shortened or rescheduled.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to carry out your full service.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

• I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move an appointment.

• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost before any future bookings can be made.

3. Patch Testing

• A patch test is required 48 hours before any colour service for all new clients or if it has been more than 6 months since your last colour.

• Without a patch test, I cannot carry out your colour appointment.

4. Parking & Access

• Clients may park on the driveway at their appointment time.

• Please be mindful of neighbours and arrive/leave quietly.

5. Personal Belongings

• Please keep valuables with you during your visit.

• I cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage of personal items.

6. Allergies & Medical Conditions

• Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions that may affect your service.

• Your safety is a priority, and some services may need to be adapted or declined based on this information.

7. Privacy

• Any personal information provided (contact details, photos for your hair record) is kept confidential and never shared, your permission will be asked before any photo is shared on social media.
